Inspired by the past
Long before the modern city emerged, this coastline was part of an ancient Colchian settlement dating back to the 2nd millennium BC. The legacy of this history, preserved through the Pichvnari archaeological site, became a point of reference for the project.
Built forthe future
A 5th-century archaeological discovery informed the architectural thinking behind Casper. Rather than direct imitation, historical elements were translated into proportion, rhythm, and material choice. The result is a contemporary building shaped with pride and respect, where the past is not replicated, but thoughtfully carried forward.
